88 Clean eats (out of 104 possible)
20 Resistance training sessions
20 Cardio workouts
Lose 10.5 lbs (5% body weight)




The starting stats on this phase of my personal workout challenge are in.

Starting weight is 233 lbs.  Goal is to lose 1-2 lbs per week.  Objective is 180 lbs, eventually.  Let the games begin!
